Documents for H-1B

List of Documents:

When going to your consulate for a H-1B Visa stamping you will be required to bring documentation that will prove the veracity of your claims. The Visa officer has been trained to detect lies and falsified testimony, therefore it is your job to provide documentation of every word you say. It is always better to be over prepared than under prepared. Make sure your documents are easily accessible when asked for and are in a reasonably good condition.

Please keep in mind that this is an incomplete list and depending on your specific circumstances you may have to bring more than the following basic requirements. This is why it is important for you to contact an attorney to review your documents.
